Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any fees.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment. You must return the goods immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days after you cancel your order. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in value if it is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties or functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
