EQUEST Wellness replacement pads are specifically designed for use with EQUEST Wellness Boots. They can be used in the freezer for cooling and in the microwave for heating.

Function & Effect

• Cooling: Reduces swelling and relieves pain in cases of acute injuries or overuse. Chill in the freezer for at least 2 hours, then apply for approximately 15–20 minutes. Avoid frostbite.
• Warming: Promotes blood circulation and supports regeneration in cases of chronic pain or tension. Heat in the microwave for a maximum of 40 seconds at 350 W, then use for approximately 15–20 minutes.
