The EQUEST Wellness Boots combine cooling and heating gaiters in one product. The removable inlay allows for flexible use: for cooling in the freezer or for heating in the microwave. A set of cooling/heating pads is included.

Function & Effect

• Cooling effect: Relieves muscles and joints, reduces swelling. Chill in the freezer for at least 2 hours, use for approximately 15–20 minutes. Avoid frostbite.
• Warming: Promotes blood circulation and supports regeneration. Heat in the microwave for a maximum of 40 seconds at 350 W, use for approximately 15–20 minutes.
